On the spectacular southern coast of Acre, a residential, commercial and hotel complex is located on a strip of land that extends over 26,000 square meters on the first line to the sea.
The residential mix is:

- Approx. 150 hotel rooms
- Approx. 5,000 square meters for commerce

The project is in the pre-permit stage.
During the next year and a half, construction of the complex will begin.
